an Altered box

Dear interestee,

I decided to broaden my horizon and took a stab at altering a card board box. It is a packaging from little cheese wedges and I thought it was a great project to try out.

Have a wonderful day and I hope you will visit again.

Various new projects

Welcome dear reader,

in this post I want to share some of my new projects. I will not bore you with the process of how I made them like I did in the previous posts but just show you what I made.

If you like to know how they came about just drop me a comment and I will let you know.

A simple tag with letter tiles.

A pocket made of a giant tag.
Again a pocket made of a giant tag. Stamped with stamps given by Tim Holtz as a thank you for my letter donation.
 The pocket....
 The tag.
A birthday tag for my auntie who lives in french speaking Belgium.
A thank you card for an aunt who gave me these stamps. Well she gave me an envelope with cash towards my hobby and I bought these stamps, amongst other things.
 A birthday card
Highlight of the card so you can see the crackled effect.
And that's all for now folks!
Please visit my blog again and feel free to comment.
Take care.

Sorry for delay

Dear blog readers,

I want to appologize for the fact that I didn't post anything for a couple of days. I found out that the procedure of posting photos changed on Blogger. So I had to figure out the new way and it took me a while as I am not that technically talented.....

So from now on i hope I will be able to post on a regular bases again.

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope to welcome you here again. Don't be afraid to leave a comment.

Take care,

Tag with Santa ATC

Merry Christmas everyone,

I hope you had some nice days. I did. Nice and quiet and lots of Chritmas spirited films....
Anyway.... I want to share another Christmas project. No I am not done just yet..

I made a tag with an ATC on it. It is more of a classic card.
The tag I embossed using a brass old fashioned embossing plate, the cuttlebug and a silicone embossing mat. It turned out quite nice and subtle. I then inked the tag with Distress innk and an ink blending tool. The edges I inked with Walnit stain distress ink to give it a distressed look. On the berries of the holly I stuck self adhesive pearls to give it some dimension. I glued a nice broad satin ribbon around the tag. Then I made my ATC.
It is stamped in a white card stock ATC in coffee brown Stãzon ink. I then heat embossed the various areas and added a sentiment. All the edges were distressed with Walnut Stain distress ink and an ink blending tool. It was glued on the card and ready to send.
Until next time,
