Mannequin tag

Hello dear Blogger,

in this post I want to share a tag I made using the Sewing Room die by Tim Holtz for Sizzix. It is the first time I used the big one and not the movers and shapers mannequin.

I am quite pleased with it as it is rather elegant.

Enjoy!

Take care and hopefully until next time.

I have been playing with my melting pot again and have created beautiful embellishments. Can't wait to use them on projects!

Until next time!

Creative juices flowing again

Hello again dear bloggers,

I do not know why or how, but my creativity is pouring out of me at the moment. One tag after another is created. I have discovered a new technique..... a scrapbook tag. I make tags with small pictures in them. I did that before, but always used paper stash pictures or vintage photos I bought. But now I just print out small photos of the people I make the tags for. I love the results!

If you like, let me know what you think. As always I made sure the privacy of the people is guarded.....

I love how they turned out. I am working on some other projects and will share them as soon as possible!!

Take care and enjoy the spring!!

Getting to know the melting pot.......

Hello again bloggers,

I treated myself to the ranger melting pot to pour molds and such. I have been playing with it and I would like to share the results with you.

I made this mold with mold 'n pour and an acorn charm of a charm bracelet. It looks quite cute.

Again mold 'n pour, this time a leaf.

The mold once the leaf is removed....

A silicone mold for different size of roses.

 Various flowers

After I painted some of them......

Left over UTEE poured on my craft sheet and then stamped. Makes cool embellishments.

The cutest cupcake!!!!!!!!!

Various embellishments I poured in pewter and bronze UTEE. Then aged them with paint. I love this look.

As soon as I have created more I will of course share them with you!

Take care and I will be back soon.

Long overdue

Dear bloggers,

I know I know, it has been a while. Battling flue and pneumonia takes a lot of time and to be honest I was in no mood to craft.

But that is all behind us now and spring is in the air. And my inspiration is back as well.

So without further adieu here some projects I have been working on in the last couple of days.

This is a birthday card I made for a first birthday of a cousin.

This card I made for my mom, well, she ordered this one for a friend who is moving.
Tim Holtz's 12 tags of 2013 inspired me to make this one. As you can see the perfect pearl is ready for action.....

Here you see the sheen of the pearl powder.

And the finished product.

I got in the mood for a retro style tag.
This tag I made for my aunt who loves the beach, it was her birthday last month.
Sometimes I look at a stamp set and just have to create something. This is the result.
You can see the shiny heat embossed details I stamped.

Well that was it for now. I am sorry that not all pictures are larger. I yet have to figure out why I can enlarge some and not all of them.....

I learn as I go along.

Until nest time!

Take care,

Frederique
